No Call/No Show Policy Once you have registered your employees for class, we ask that you adhere to our No Call/No Show policy. This policy requires a company to contact our staff at least 72-hours prior to class, if their employee is unable to attend a registered class. A No Call/ No Show” to training could result in a 3-month suspension from registering for RTP classes and program courses.
