Description
This class will provide trainees with the knowledge of basic CNC Milling Operations performed on a vertical or horizontal machine center. Candidates will go through topics such as safe operation practices, machine setups and programming of a machine to perform various operations to manufacture a part.

It is highly recommended trainees have a manual machining background in order to understand some key machining concepts.

- Identify different parts of a CNC machining center.
- Understand common tasks that will be performed in a milling machine.
- Perform detailed machine setups with work and tool offsets.
- Create various parts using conversational and G-Code Programming.
