Facility Reservation

Book a room for your Event
As an extra service for our business clients, we have made our meeting spaces available for use. All it requires is for your company to be registered as an Alabama Robotic Technology Park Client. Our facilities can be used for educational, business, and/or industrial activities. We ask that all participants adhere to the RTP policy for facility use. Clients are asked to complete our request form for approval.
No person shall be denied the full enjoyment of the facilities because of race, creed, color, sex, or origin.
Hours of Use
Our facilities are only available during the days and hours listed below. This excludes weekends and holidays.
The large auditorium holds 75 people. It is adjacent to the employee and student break room/kitchen. It has access to a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and vending machines in the breakroom. The room has a projector, whiteboard, teleconference phone, and wireless internet connection.
The upstairs conference room holds 25 people. It is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and coffee maker in a separate kitchen area The room has a projector and wide screen television. It is also equipped with wireless internet connection and a teleconference phone.
The small conference room holds 10 people. The room has wireless internet connection and a teleconference phone available. This room also includes a wide screen television and a white board.
Policy for Facility Use
The RTP policy permits groups to use the RTP facilities only for educational, business, and industrial activities. Therefore, individual users and uses of a private and personal nature are NOT permitted. Accordingly, by way of example and not limitation, RTP facilities will not be permitted for events such as family reunions, birthday, anniversary, or graduation parties, bridal or baby showers, wedding or wedding receptions, and/or retirement receptions or garage sales.
A proposed event at the RTP should:
- Support Economic Development/Workforce Development Activities
- Support the training programs and mission of the RTP
- Advance the interest of the RTP
- Benefit trainee/students at the RTP
- Promote the general visiblity of the RTP, bringing favorable note or publicity
- Promote the relationship of the RTP with existing and potential vendors, customers, industries, businesses and trainees
- Provide opportunity for community outreach
- Represent an opportunity for business and industrial enhancement
