Lean manufacturing awareness is the course that introduces the concept of lean manufacturing. In today’s Industry 4.0 high production environment, manufacturing industries are subjected to production environments that uses technology to produce high quantity and quality product. Here at AIDT-RTP, we are offering all Alabama companies the opportunity to register their team members to the lean awareness program. This program will teach students the importance of team work, continuous improvement and lean concepts for production of high quality, low cost products. This is two days course that help all manufacturing employees to understand how lean manufacturing works and how they can apply the concept to the daily production.
